BROCCOLI & BACON SOUP

Recipe:

8 Strips bacon
4 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
2 Medium chopped onion
20 oz. pkg. Frozen mixed vegetables
10 oz. pkg. Frozen broccoli

Steps:

Chop broccoli finely
Boil broccoli and frozen mixed vegetables together
Keep boiled broccoli and mixed vegetables aside to drain
Fry bacon until it becomes crispy
Now pour sufficient amount of bacon grease in soup pan to cover bottom of pan
Simmer onions until clear
Add ¼ cup flour
Now add 4 cups milk and keep stirring, add vegetables and bacon in it
Simmer uncovered until soup becomes thick

Add salt and pepper to your taste You can also add Garlic if you like it
