It was an utter disappointment for those who fell prey to the campaign of McDonald’s McRib campaign that promised to be one of the best food products for a “limited time only”. Now people thank the Almighty for this bizarre food, that tormented their appetite for only six weeks and it is almost on the verge of bidding adieu.

This particular product of McDonald’s was introduced with great anticipation of success. However, it turned out to be just the opposite when it was finally introduced to the Mac Donald’s freaks. Whatever the matter is, one cannot deny the fact that it attracted the people to the food joints sooner or later and made them think about Mac Donald, to enhance its business up to a certain level. They were more engrossed with the thought of “Return Of The McRib” campaigns, that stated that this food has been a favorite of several people for not just decades, but for centuries. If one remembers, it was launched for the first time in the year 1981 to be dropped in 1985. It was again relaunched in 1995, but without success. However, this time it crossed all limits of disappointment. Critics say that several reasons contributed to its failure. Firstly, the shape of the patty, with false rib lines and a fake color of the grills. Other critics of this food said that it is somewhat like a pork blended, re-flavored and solidified into a patty, to be drenched into not so tasty BBQ sauce, to nip the expectation of several Americans.
Yet another reason for its failure may be attributed to Tweeter. The website was overflowed with several open criticism that made the people come to preconceived second hand impressions about the product even before tasting it.
