Two members of staff have been suspended from a south London school after a homemade sex film was allegedly found on a computer.
The pair - a teacher and a classroom assistant - are now facing the sack from Addington High School in Croydon after the erotic film was discovered on a school computer.
The X-rated film apparently shows a man sitting on a chair while a woman performs a sex act on him.
Rumours about the suspensions have been rife among students and parents after the images were found on a PC by a colleague.
A source at Croydon Council today confirmed to Mail Online that assistant headteacher Tim Edwards, 46, and classroom assistant Angela Thornhill, 50, had been suspended while an investigation was carried out into whether they were the couple in the film.
The investigation also will examine whether the movie was filmed on school grounds and whether any of the 800 pupils had access to it.
No one at the school was available for comment with a receptionist instead referring us to Croydon Council.
A council source said the pair would discover their fate in the next week after an internal inquiry.
According to sources headteacher Tim Davies has been refusing to answer questions about what has happened.
A school spokesman said: ‘The school and its governors are dealing with an internal issue. It would be inappropriate to comment further.’
