DENGUE FEVER KILLS 31 IN PAKISTAN

Pakistan says the death toll from an outbreak of dengue fever in the country has reached 31, with more than 5,000 infected with the viral disease.
 
Pakistan's National Health Department said the number of confirmed dengue patients in the country rose to 5,050, Geo News reported Wednesday.

There are 2,350 patients in Sindh, 1,885 in Punjab and at least 158 dengue cases are present in Khyber Pakhtoonkhaw, the NHD said.

Rawalpindi reported at least 380 cases and 230 have been identified in the capital of Islamabad, Geo News reported.
