Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad reiterated that Western countries' pressure on Iran has no impact on its nuclear issue, the English language satellite Press TV reported on Thursday.
Ahmadinejad said Iran believes that its nuclear case has been closed, adding "Moves by enemies have no impact on the nuclear issue," said the report.
The major powers should talk with Iran based on equal conditions, and "the West should accept a powerful Iran," he made the remarks in the northern city of Qazvin on Thursday.
The Iranian president said Wednesday that Iran will not make any concession over its nuclear rights and the Islamic Republic will only talk about international problems with the West.
Western countries have called on Tehran to halt its sensitive nuclear program, but the country ruled out the calls and insisted that its nuclear activities aim at civilian purposes.
