A former nurse is due to appear in court in the US accused of encouraging two people, including a British man, to commit suicide.

Police have described William Melchert-Dinkel as a "suicide voyeur", obsessed with hanging, who cruised the internet looking for potential victims.
The 47-year-old from Minnesota is charged with aiding the suicide of Mark Drybrough, who killed himself at his home in Coventry in 2005.
After Mr Drybrough, 32, was found hanged in his bedroom an email from Melchert-Dinkel was found on his computer containing detailed advice on hanging.
Melchert-Dinkel is alleged to have posed as a female nurse who would feign compassion, offer instructions to people on how to kill themselves and even enter into fake suicide pacts.
He was exposed by the private detective work of two British woman frustrated at the lack of police action, which eventually prompted officers in the US to investigate.
Mr Drybrough's father Laurie told Sky News: "I just don't know whether this chap just believed that he was doing people a good turn, being supportive to them.
"I'm extremely upset that Mark should go that way."
His mother Elaine said: "I just keep expecting him to come around that corner and feel that something is completely missing and completely wrong.
Melchert-Dinkel is also accused of entering into a suicide pact with 18-year-old Canadian student Nadia Kajouji. She drowned in a frozen river in Ontario.
Her father Mohamad said: "The pain is still here. I have to live with it 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
"Every time I walk into the house, Nadia is everywhere and it is painful."
Melchert-Dinkel tried to have his case dismissed on the grounds he was exercising his right to free speech, but a judge rejected his application. His lawyer says he will plead not guilty.
Paul Beaumaster said his client has admitted talking to at least 15 people online about suicide and entering into fake suicide pacts with 10 of them, five of whom are believed to have died.
