Steven Pieper, 21, has been arrested and charged with the murder of his ex-girlfriend, 20-year-old Jenni-Lyn Watson. Police spent Thanksgiving searching the woods outside Syracuse, N.Y. looking for Watson who disappeared last week. They discovered remains Saturday thought to be Watson's near her home.
Police believe they know what happened to Watson, a ballerina who has danced with the Moscow Ballet.
Investigators said Pieper was upset when Watson tried to end their relationship earlier this year.
Watson had returned home from college to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with her family.
